Job Description

Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking skilled Assemblers to join their client's team in North County. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and committed to excellence, working diligently to ensure high-quality assembly of products. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assembling components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications. Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Maintaining and inspecting assembly equipment for proper functioning. Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production flow. Reporting any issues or defects in a timely manner to the supervisor. Keeping accurate records of production and any necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an assembly role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details:
Max Pay is $26 per hour. Min Pay is $25 per hour. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly to this job posting for consideration.
