As an Extrusion Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality catheters. Set up, operate, clean, and monitor extrusion equipment according to approved parameters and specifications. Ensure all parts meet quality standards by following quality control procedures and performing regular inspections. Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate changes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Follow routine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, machine settings, and output quantities. What's Needed? 1-3 years of experience as an extrusion operator or in a similar manufacturing role. Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes. Good working knowledge of production parts and tooling drawings. Fluent and clear communication skills in English, both verbally and written. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds safely and effectively.
