In this entry-level role, you will perform essential daily warehouse duties to ensure smooth production and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities Conveyor Line Support:

Efficiently remove completed boxes from the conveyor line.

Packaging & Sealing:

Securely tape boxes and prepare them for palletizing.

Palletizing:

Stack and organize boxes onto pallets safely and systematically.

Labeling:

Operate and monitor the automated label machine to ensure accurate product labeling.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris throughout your shift.

General Duties:

Assist with other general warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements Reliability:

Strong work ethic with a proven record of attendance and punctuality.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift boxes consistently throughout the shift. Attention to

Detail:

Ensure boxes are properly taped, labeled, and stacked.

Team Player:

Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed in the warehouse.

Experience:

Prior warehouse or production experience is a plus, but no prior experience is required —we are willing to train the right candidate! Preferred Skills Proven experience as a machine operator Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.) Understanding of production procedures Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear) Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals Analytical skills Attention to detail Teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina and strength (Must be able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs) High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
