Bedding Technician The Employment Firm Aurora, CO Job Details Full-time $20 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Assembly Full Job Description Mattress AssemblerJob Duties Assemble mattresses according to work instructions using pneumatic tools, staple guns, C-ring/hog-ring guns, and hot glue guns. Operate the Hot Melt Bond (HMB) machine and assemble HMB units. Apply specified upholstery layers, foam, and coil components to complete mattress assemblies. Read and follow production tickets and written/verbal instructions in English. Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers and management in a fast-paced team environment. Requirements Manufacturing and/or pneumatic tool experience preferred. Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day. Ability to repeatedly lift materials/products up to 120 lbs.; heavy loads must be team-lifted. Reliable transportation required due to location and overtime hours. Excellent attendance and punctuality required. Shifts & Pay 1st Shift — $20/hr 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime may extend to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday; some Saturdays as needed 2nd Shift — $21/hr 4:30 PM-1:00 AM Overtime may extend to 3:00 AM Monday-Friday; some Saturdays as needed
