Machine Operator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Machine Operator!

K Responsibilities:

Operate machines designed to cut expanded polystyrene blocks Receives and reads work order Communicate number of blocks required to material handler Cutting wires to correct dimensions using hand tools Continuously observes and examines cutting machines to ensure conformance to customer's specifications

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required Ability to follow instructions and read production orders Experience with computers including various manufacturing programs Ability to use measuring gauges like tape measures Prior experience operating a forklift Able to work fast and efficient and willing to work long hours during busy season Understanding basic math, reading, and writing skills Ability to effectively communicate Working conditions: Able to lift up to 75 pounds frequently
