Order Processor A Shift Sun-Thurs Details:

Temporary position $21.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Third Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 07:15am)

Core Equipment Operations:

Running industrial blenders and mills to process raw materials into finished tea blends, adjusting machinery mechanical settings to maintain precise particle size, flavor consistency, and throughput goals.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Performing immediate mechanical checks and adjustments when issues arise during production, ensuring minimal downtime while keeping product within specification.

Quality & Compliance:

Adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This includes thorough record-keeping (batch logs, traceability paperwork, equipment checks) and maintaining clean, sanitary work areas.

Food Safety Standards:

Monitoring process safety throughout the shift and taking immediate action—including halting production or notifying quality assurance—if potential food safety or quality risks occur.

Order Processor A Shift Sun-Thurs Qualifications:

Equipment Operation:

Demonstrated experience operating, loading, and monitoring industrial blenders, grinders, and mills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Mechanical Troubleshooting:

Ability to perform routine mechanical adjustments, identify minor equipment malfunctions, and take swift corrective action to minimize downtime.

Cross-Functional Capabilities:

Hands-on experience or adaptability to operate packaging machinery and assist in multi-facility plant environments (wet and dry processing). Ability to wear a respirator, lift, bend, walk, stand, repetitive work during shift Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
