Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our production and warehouse team. The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating packaging equipment, preparing finished products for shipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Responsibilities Operate and monitor packaging and labeling equipment. Package finished products according to company standards and production requirements. Inspect products and packaging for damage, defects, or quality issues. Label, seal, wrap, and prepare products for storage or shipment. Load packaging materials into machines and replenish supplies as needed. Perform basic equipment adjustments and report mechanical problems to a supervisor. Maintain accurate production and packaging records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures. Follow company policies, quality standards, and operating instructions. Assist with other production or warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous packaging, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical skills are a plus. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required during the shift.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.10 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
