Night Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM — $24.75/hr Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Machine Operator to support daily production operations in our plastic injection molding facility. This role rotates through multiple functions—including machine operation, plastic trimming, and product assembly—to ensure efficient workflows and high‑quality output. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently Perform plastic trimming and finishing on molded parts Assemble products according to established work instructions and quality standards Use basic hand tools to complete production tasks Adhere to all safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain productivity in a warm manufacturing environment, particularly during summer months Required Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of machine operator or press operation experience Experience using basic hand tools Ability and willingness to work in a hot production environment Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts Why Join Us?
