Job Summary

HSGI, Inc. has an immediate Seat Frame Assembly and Application Tech in Broomfield, CO

Long Term opportunity

Must have own tools

Pay BOE

Time and 1/2 on OT

Per Diem Split if applicable

General Purpose

Use engineering drawings and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) to fabricate and assemble divan seat frames. Under limited supervision apply and install seat upholstery onto shrouds and cushions in accordance with technical data and in compliance with

FAA/EASA

standards. Perform basic hardware inspections, parts handling, and application duties with high attention to detail.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Assemble divan frames using technical data in accordance with all FAA standards.

Install blind and solid rivets per drawings.

Follow defined processes and meet all quality criteria for frame assembly.

Bond various materials together using different methods and adhesives.

Apply and finish wrapping seat shrouds and cushions.

Work within the ERP/MRP system to maintain labor tracking and Job Card/Task sign-offs.

Use safety equipment and comply with all safety requirements in accordance with company and government regulations and guidelines.

Effectively communicate with management and team leads to fulfill customer delivery dates.

Other Duties/Responsibilities

Work with Leads and higher-skilled technicians to develop and refine skills and techniques

Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work area

Assist coworkers and other departments to successfully perform job tasks and functions when needed

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Lead or Manager

Skills/Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Three (3) years related experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience

A basic understanding of manufacturing methods is preferred

Demonstrate ability to read and understand technical drawings

Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math computations

Ability to use hand tools and other specialized equipment such as pneumatic rivet guns

Experience working with blind and solid rivets

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Regular attendance and willingness to work overtime as required

Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English

Must qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with

ITAR 22 CFR 120.15
