  • Machine Operators
  • to join a leading manufacturer of industrial safety products, including cable protectors, wheel chocks, ground mats, and traffic safety equipment.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Operators will rotate between machine operation, plastic trimming, and assembly functions while contributing to the production of high-quality safety products used across multiple industries.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • + Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently + Trim plastic components to meet quality standards + Assemble finished products according to specifications + Rotate between production areas as needed + Monitor machine performance and report any issues + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines + Handle wheel chock production equipment and materials weighing up to 30 pounds throughout the shift •Required Qualifications•+ At least 1 year of machine operation, press operation, or manufacturing experience + Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment + Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while meeting production goals + Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift + Willingness to work in a warm manufacturing environment, especially during summer months + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety •Preferred Qualifications•+ Previous experience in plastics manufacturing + Plastic injection molding experience + Assembly and production line experience + Manufacturing quality inspection experience •Physical Requirements•+ Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift + Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment + Ability to wear required safety equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toe shoes •Why Join Us?

    • The pay range for this position is $24.
    75 - $24.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
