We build precision wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical components for high-reliability industries. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide 100% paid training from Day 1 .
Schedule & Location Hours:
Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Guaranteed 40 hours/week, no weekends)
Location:
Colorado Springs, CO Overtime:
Optional opportunities up to 60 hrs/week during peak production Key Responsibilities Assemble, strip, crimp, terminate, and solder fine wires, multi-pin connectors, and components. Safely operate wire cutters, crimpers, and specialized hand tools. Perform bench soldering and conduct electrical continuity testing for 100% defect-free products. Follow written assembly instructions while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
Requirements Work History Stability:
1+ years of continuous employment at a single past employer (manufacturing, retail, food service, warehouse, or hospitality).
Fine Motor Skills & Vision:
Strong hand-eye coordination for delicate components and the ability to distinguish color-coded wiring.
Dependability:
Outstanding punctuality, reliable transportation, and pride in detail-oriented craftsmanship.
