MACHINE OPERATOR - ADVANCED MATERIALS MANUFACTURING
$22/hr + $1.50/hr 2nd Shift Differential | Monday-Thursday Join a manufacturing team producing parts for a variety of industries, including industrial, infrastructure, and aerospace applications . The facility works with a variety of advanced materials, including carbon fiber, fiberglass, high-performance plastics, and resin systems .
PAY & SCHEDULE
1st
Shift:
5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Thursday — $22/hr 2nd
Shift:
3:15 PM - 1:45 AM, Monday-Thursday — $23.50/hr $1.50/hr 2nd shift differential paid during training Possible overtime on Fridays
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Load and stage materials onto production machines Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Deburr and package finished products Set up, adjust, clean, and troubleshoot machinery Work with different materials and resin systems Perform quality inspections on finished products Complete production and quality paperwork Record downtime and report equipment or quality issues Maintain a clean and safe production area Cross-train and rotate between different machine operator positions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1-3
years of manufacturing or related experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and strong hand-tool skills Basic math skills, including weights and measurements Ability to follow detailed instructions and production procedures Strong attention to safety and quality Experience working with carbon fiber, fiberglass, plastics, or resin systems is a plus Experience with lay-up, trim, consolidator, or press machines is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
Steel-toe shoes required Must meet applicable requirements for work in an ITAR facility The final offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a pre-employment drug screening. Pay:
