• Machine Operator / Production Associate

• We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators / Production Associates
• to join a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment. This position involves operating digital printing equipment, production machinery, and automated packaging systems to create customized products while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Responsibilities
• + Operate digital printing presses and production equipment + Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot machines to ensure smooth operation + Perform quality inspections for accuracy, alignment, and product appearance + Operate finishing equipment such as cutters, creasers, and packaging machinery + Use computer systems to track production and document work completed + Verify products match customer specifications and orders + Assist with additional production equipment as needed + Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and deadlines •Qualifications•+ Previous machine operation, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Experience performing quality inspections + Basic computer and documentation skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities + Strong attention to detail and reliability + Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed •Why Apply?
