What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques Adjust machines and equipment to ensure production efficiency and product quality Safely use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment Assist with light electrical assembly and basic troubleshooting Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records Follow cleanroom procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process What We're Looking For Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, or assembly Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment Ability to work independently and in a team environment High school diploma or GED Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
