We're eager to train a motivated individual who is seeking a long-term opportunity with a company poised for growth. While prior experience is not required, a background in sanding and finishing is advantageous. As part of our team, you'll initially assist with preparatory tasks such as puttying and sanding wood drawer boxes and lumber. You'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge, learning the intricacies of spraying clear coat finishes. Our supportive environment fosters professional growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dovetail drawers by filling them with putty in readiness for sanding Utilize hand sanders to sand wood drawer boxes with varying grits of sandpaper Apply multiple coats of clear coat finish to drawer boxes using a spray system Manage daily production by pulling board lists Safely operate a forklift for material handling and organization Maintain a clean and organized work environment Join us and become an integral part of our team as we continue to deliver quality craftsmanship and grow our company together.
