This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will work with raw ingredients, formulas, mixing equipment, and production documentation to create professional skincare products such as creams, lotions, cleansers, serums, and masks.

PM Pay:
$22.00-$23.00/hour
Type:
Temp-to-Hire What you'll do: Weigh and measure raw materials according to formulas. Mix and compound skincare products using manufacturing equipment. Follow detailed batch sheets and written instructions. Monitor mixing time, temperature, and product consistency. Accurately document ingredients, lot numbers, and batch information. Clean and sanitize equipment between batches. Follow GMP, quality, safety, and sanitation procedures. Work as part of a production team to ensure batches meet quality standards.
Ideal candidates have experience in:
Compounding, batching, blending, or mixing Cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or other manufacturing Working with scales and accurately measuring ingredients Following detailed written instructions and formulas Production documentation and basic math Previous compounding experience is preferred but not required if you have strong manufacturing experience and attention to detail-this is the job for you!
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
