  • $20.00/hr M-F 6am to 2:30pm
  • About the Role
  • Our company is seeking a dedicated contractor to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team. You will play a vital role in aligning, calibrating, and testing hardware components, executing varied assembly and testing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position and requires strict adherence to operational plans and industry regulations.

  • + •Strong time management skills, attendance, and punctuality•+ Attention to detail + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment + Familiarity with hand tools •Key Responsibilities•+ Read, write, and speak fluent English to comprehend SOPs and work instructions + Execute tasks per standard operating procedures, with supervision when needed + Maintain appropriate training records and follow established operation procedures + Troubleshoot issues, escalate as necessary, and participate in quality improvement initiatives + Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO requirements + Learn and actively participate in the company's lean manufacturing principles + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality + Maintain a safe and clean work area according to procedure + Train new team members as needed + Complete paperwork and maintain accurate production records •Physical Demands•+ Stand for prolonged periods (80% of shift) + Frequently talk, hear, use hands for assembly, and reach above shoulder height and below the waist + Read and speak English fluently + Lift and maneuver components up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques + Frequently bend, kneel, and sit to meet production goals •Education & Experience•+ High school diploma or equivalent required + 1-2 years' relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly + Experience in a regulated industry (e.

g., FDA, ISO) preferred
