$19.95 / hour Job Description Machine Operator We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team in Loveland, CO . This is a full-time, non-exempt position. M ultiple shifts are available to meet production needs. The pay rate ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour .

Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation :

Set up and operate industrial machinery according to specific production requirements and sequences.

Quality Control :

Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure operations conform to production or processing standards.

Adjustments :

Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting :

Perform routine machinery maintenance and identify or troubleshoot technical issues.

Inspection :

Examine materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.

Data Entry :

Accurately record production information into company systems.

Compliance :

Consistently follow all safety, conduct, sanitation, and attendance regulations.

Qualifications Experience :

High school graduate with at least 1 year of direct industrial experience is preferred.

Technical Skills :

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow complex job orders and company procedures.

Soft Skills :

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Efficiency :

Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Environmental Requirements Physical Demands :

Ability to stand and walk for several hours at a time.

Mobility :

Required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, grasp, reach, push, and pull.

Lifting :

Ability to safely lift, move, sort, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Agility :

Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Environment :

Work occurs in an indoor manufacturing facility around moving and heated equipment, sometimes with extreme temperatures.

Safety :

P.P.E. gear is mandatory with no exceptions.

Medical Notice :
