Machine Operator Location:
Niwot, CO (Onsite)
Type:
Full Time; Non-Exempt (Hourly) Reports to: Assistant Director of Maintenance About This Role Bolder Foods is a growing food manufacturing company focused on producing high-quality organic products. We are looking for Machine Operators to support our production team by safely operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production flow. This role is ideal for individuals with experience operating equipment in a food production, manufacturing, or similar fast-paced environment who take pride in consistency, safety, and reliability. Position Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring output, and supporting daily manufacturing activities. This role helps ensure products are made safely, consistently, and on time. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and follow standard procedures Set up equipment and assist with changeovers as needed Monitor machines during production to ensure they are running properly Perform basic quality checks to help ensure product meets standards Record basic production information as required Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines Keep work area and equipment clean and organized Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors Support the team in meeting daily production goals Qualifications Required Experience operating equipment in a food production, manufacturing, or similar environment Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable attendance and reliability Preferred Food manufacturing experience Experience with production, processing, or packaging equipment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
Schedule Morning Shift:
6:00 AM•3:30
PM Evening Shift:
3:00 PM•12:30 AM (Some overtime may be required based on production needs)
Compensation Entry Level:
$24.00•$28.00 per hour
Experienced:
