Job Description

Company info: We are a fast-growing, family-owned outdoor recreation brand located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. In business for over 55 years, we design, develop, import, and assemble unique outdoor gear for both kids and adults. We are seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented individual to manage our warehouse and daily shipments. If you are a self-starter and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Duties:

Operate Econo-Cut clamshell die-cut machine Operate Chandler & Price clamshell die-cut machine Operate rotary blister-pack machine Operate UV printer Operate Pad-Printer Operate poly bag sealing machines General packaging help (hang tags, poly bags, case packing) as needed General equipment maintenance as needed Who will succeed in this role?: Someone who is: A self-starter Quick to learn new tasks and systems Detail-oriented Interested in career growth opportunities in the light manufacturing/production space A great communicator Diligent about following safety guidelines Is easily able to lift 35 lbs. multiple times per day

Pay/Benefits:

Salary:

$26.00/hr. (starting) Quarterly Profit-Sharing bonuses, historically equaling about 10% of base pay. Nine-month eligibility requirement. Bimonthly Perfect Attendance Bonus Health insurance: Kaiser Permanente Gold plan. Company pays 85% of your premium and 80% of premium for dependents. Basic dental included. Yearly contributions to retirement SEP-IRA All Federal holidays paid Paid vacation time Paid sick leave Great work/life balance (you will very rarely work more than 40 hours per week) No nights. No weekends.
