Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Employment Solutions is hiring Entry-Level Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Bolton, CT. This position offers hands-on training and is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in production and assembly. What You'll Do Assemble small electro-mechanical components Operate winding machines and perform hand assembly tasks Conduct basic visual and quality inspections Follow detailed work instructions using an iPad or digital system Ensure products meet required quality and production standards What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work with small components in a hands-on environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic Requirements Must be 18+ years old Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR requirement)
