C Crew - 7:00 PM-7:00 AM (12-hour shift) Job Summary The Operator 1, Machine will perform routine production and manufacturing activities under direct supervision while following standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. Schedule & Training

Shift:

7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Candidates will be required to train on the day shift for approximately 3 months before transitioning to the night shift.

This is an alternating 12-hour shift schedule.

Candidates must be flexible to work extended hours and maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine production functions, including:

Filling

Utility operations

Packing and packaging

Assembly

Labeling

Inspection

Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and

ISO 9000

requirements.

Support team goals and objectives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Make decisions appropriate to assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as required.

Perform basic mathematical calculations.

Read, interpret, and understand specifications and instructions written in English.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma/GED preferred.

Prior manufacturing/industrial experience is mandatory.

Must have some experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers, Team Leads, and Supervisors.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with work hours.
