JOB SUMMARY
Set up and operate automated machinery used in the manufacturing process of circuit boards.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Perform setup and operate screen printer, paste inspection, pick and place, and reflow oven. Works in conjunction with group leader, setup person, in the setup and running of jobs on machines as directed by the team leader. Performs intermediate level preventative maintenance on machinery. Responsible to keep the equipment clean and in good working order. Monitors product during production to ensure acceptable quality, responsible to take immediate action if quality standards are not met. Is responsible to inform the Supervisor or Group Leader of any adjustments needed to the process or equipment in order to achieve acceptable quality levels. Enters transactions into computer, completes logs and records as required. Ability to solve minor problem and recognize bigger problem that require Supervisor assistance. Attenative to detail. Works as a member of a team.
