Job Description

Job Description At RTX, we are passionate about innovation and technology. We are looking for an Airfoil Cell Operator to join our team in East Hartford, CT. This position is for the 2nd shift and is onsite. The Airfoil Cell Operator will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of airfoils, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and disassemble airfoils according to specifications. Perform inspections and tests on airfoils to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Document all work performed in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Participate in training and development programs as required. Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
