Location:

Enfield, CT Pay:

$19.00/hour (DOE)

Day Shift:

8:00 AM - 6:30

PM Night Shift :

8:00PM- 6:30

Supportive Environment:

We value teamwork and development. As a Heat Treat Machine Operator, you will: Load parts onto the furnace belt per instructions. Organize and identify customer parts to avoid mix-ups. Maintain product flow and follow safety procedures. Report issues and ensure quality standards. Keep the workspace clean and organized.

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 months of work experience (manufacturing preferred). Ability to read and follow instructions. Willingness to work overtime and weekends. Basic computer skills and reliability. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a higher temperature environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in heat treating or metal finishing. Background in machining or assembly. #IND2
