Position Overview Join our team as a Machine Assembly Technician and help bring cutting-edge technology to life. In this hands-on role, you will assemble high-precision machinery and ensure each system meets strict quality and performance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with complex equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and parts lists Use precision tools including torque wrenches, dial indicators, depth gauges, and digital levels to achieve tight tolerances Utilize fixtures and proper assembly techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency Operate overhead cranes to safely move and position heavy machine components Read, interpret, and work in both imperial and metric measurement systems Maintain clean, organized work areas following Lean manufacturing (5S) principles Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE at all times Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions Qualifications Minimum 2 years of assembly experience OR 5 years of manufacturing, machine build, maintenance, or service experience Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and simple schematics Experience using precision measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Electrical wiring assembly experience is a plus Forklift experience or certification is a plus Basic computer literacy preferred What We Offer Great opportunity with long-term stability Competitive compensation (based on experience) Full benefits package Advanced, high-tech manufacturing environment Strong focus on training, safety, and continuous improvement Opportunity to grow with a global industry leader Interested?
