Join our production team as a Print Operator and learn to operate advanced industrial laser printing machinery! No previous printing experience is required. We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who enjoy working with equipment, staying active, and learning new skills. What You'll Do Learn to operate state-of-the-art industrial laser printing equipment through hands-on training. Use computers to enter production information and operate printing systems. Inspect printed materials for quality, accuracy, and color consistency. Move large material rolls into position using appropriate material-handling equipment and safe techniques. Lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift. Follow production instructions and safety procedures to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. What We're Looking For Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new technology. Ability to distinguish colors accurately to meet print quality requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds approximately 10 times per hour. Ability to maneuver large industrial rolls weighing 1,000 pounds or more using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Dependability, a positive work ethic, and willingness to learn. No Experience? No Problem! We'll train you!
