This role focuses on operating, setting up, and maintaining extrusion machinery to ensure continuous production of high-quality materials. The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, precise, and committed to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and operate extrusion machines according to production specifications and blueprints. Monitor machine parameters (temperature, speed, pressure) and make real-time adjustments to maintain product consistency. Load raw materials into machinery and ensure proper blending or feeding. Perform routine quality checks, measurements, and inspections on finished products to meet company and client standards. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform basic preventative maintenance, and report complex mechanical issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines. Accurately document production logs, material usage, and quality control data.
