What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll become an essential part of our manufacturing team, operating advanced production equipment used to manufacture precision conductors for critical applications around the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set up, operate, and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment. Perform equipment adjustments to maintain peak production performance. Monitor product quality throughout production using measuring equipment and inspection procedures. Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production documentation. Perform machine changeovers while minimizing downtime. Identify process abnormalities and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Accurately document production data and maintain traceability. Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to continuously improve operations. Maintain a clean, organized work area utilizing 5S principles. Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Experience operating automated or precision manufacturing equipment is a plus Ability to read measuring instruments and follow detailed work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products Dependable with excellent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What Makes You Stand Out Experience with wire manufacturing, extrusion, plating, machining, CNC, metal processing, medical device manufacturing, or aerospace manufacturing Experience working within ISO or AS9100 quality systems Continuous improvement mindset Strong problem-solving abilities Desire to grow into technical or leadership roles Why Accel?
