Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Repair:
Identify and resolve malfunctions in pneumatic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components using advanced diagnostic tools and precision repair techniques.
Systems Maintenance:
Perform comprehensive troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Operational Logging:
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, parts replacement, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Strategic Reporting:
Provide real-time updates to leadership regarding system performance, capabilities, and repair status.
Production Support:
Execute efficient equipment changeovers and routine maintenance to ensure peak operational readiness.
Team Support:
Participate in on-call weekend rotations as part of the technical support team Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00
AM Skills:
Experience in welding and fabrication Prior field service experience Thorough understanding of electro-mechanical equipment troubleshooting Experience wiring industrial controls Technical school degree or professional certification
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting automated assembly, robotics, or mechanical systems. Proficiency in using meters, hand tools, welding equipment, and machine shop machinery. Ability to read and interpret complex electronic and pneumatic schematics.
