FK Rod Ends Job Description:

FK Bearings Inc. is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position involves operating Centerless Grinding , Broaching and Roll Threading machinery. Previous manufacturing or machining experience is preferred but not required, as opportunities for training and skill development are available.

Responsibilities:

Operate centerless grinding, broaching, or roll threading machinery. Follow work instructions and established production procedures. Check finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements. Use basic measuring tools as needed, with training provided when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Notify a supervisor of any machine issues or quality concerns.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or machining experience is preferred but not required, as opportunities for training and skill development are available. Ability to understand dimensional tolerances and familiarity with precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.
