Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Equipment Operator positions in Southington, CT. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate automated assembly equipment and monitor machine performance to ensure efficient production
• Perform machine start-up procedures, preventive maintenance tasks, and assist with equipment changeovers
• Conduct quality checks, pull test samples for QC inspections, and ensure products meet quality specifications
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues, update production records, and maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED; manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use electronic batch records, inventory management systems, and production tracking tools
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

, push/pull up to 80 lbs., and perform standing, walking, stooping, crouching, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
