Extraction Operate closed-loop extraction systems to produce high-quality cannabis oil Distillation Run short-path and wiped-film distillation to refine and purify cannabis oil Oil Refinement Perform winterization, filtration, and remediation to achieve target purity Vape Filling Operate precision vape cart filling equipment to meet quality and volume targets Concentrate Creation Produce finished concentrates - wax, shatter, live resin - with consistent results Gramming Accurately weigh, package, and label finished products to compliance standardsDAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate closed-loop BHO extraction systems safely and in compliance with all lab protocols Run short-path and/or wiped-film distillation equipment to produce refined cannabis oil Perform oil refinement processes including winterization, filtration, and remediation to target specifications Operate precision vape cart filling equipment and verify fill weights to established quality standards Produce finished concentrate products (wax, shatter, live resin, etc.) with consistent, replicable results Accurately gram, package, and label finished products in accordance with CT compliance requirements Maintain detailed batch records, logbooks, and documentation in seed-to-sale tracking systems Adhere to all SOPs, GMP guidelines, and lab safety protocols at all times Perform routine equipment maintenance, calibration checks, and cleaning procedures Collaborate with the lab team to optimize workflows and uphold product quality and consistencyREQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for extended periods on the lab floor throughout a full shift Capable of repetitive bending, reaching, and fine motor tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and product consistency Ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a regulated lab environment Comfortable working with solvents, lab equipment, and chemical processes in a safety-first environment Must be 18 years of age or older per Connecticut cannabis regulationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Hands-on experience with BHO closed-loop extraction systems Highly Preferred Prior experience operating distillation or oil refinement equipment Highly Preferred Background in cannabis post-processing, chemistry, or a related lab environment Familiarity with vape filling equipment and concentrate production techniques Experience with seed-to-sale compliance tracking (e.g., METRC) Certificate or coursework in chemistry, lab science, or cannabis processingWHAT WE OFFER
