We are actively recruiting for multiple manufacturing, warehouse, and production positions with local employers in Torrington and throughout Litchfield County . Positions Include:

Assembly & Production Production assembly and light manufacturing Hand assembly and use of hand tools Follow work instructions, drawings, and SOPs Inspect and package finished products Machine Operators Operate and monitor production machinery Load and unload materials Perform basic quality inspections Follow production and safety procedures Machine operating or manufacturing experience is a plus Warehouse & Pick/Pack Pick and pack customer orders Label and prepare products for shipment Stock and organize inventory Move materials throughout the facility Maintain an organized and safe work area Shipping & Receiving Receive and inspect incoming materials Prepare outgoing shipments Verify products, quantities, and paperwork Load and unload deliveries Assist with general warehouse operations Forklift & Material Handling Operate forklift equipment to move materials Load and unload trucks Stage and store inventory Move materials throughout the facility Previous forklift experience is preferred What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable employees Good attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, shipping/receiving, or machine operating experience is a plus Forklift experience is a plus for applicable positions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required by the position Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift No Experience? No Problem! We have opportunities for entry-level candidates who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Training may be available depending on the position.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
