The Carby Corporation is looking for an experienced Eyelet Machine Operator to join our production team. We are seeking a skilled, mechanically inclined candidate with hands-on experience operating production machinery in a metal manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Operate and monitor multiple eyelet machines used to manufacture high-volume metal stamped parts Maintain efficient machine operation while identifying feeding problems, mechanical issues, or defective parts Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications Use precision measuring and inspection equipment including micrometers, gages, indicators, microscopes, and eye loupes Perform routine tasks including coil changes, checking oil levels, and keeping machines and work areas clean Complete production and inspection documentation accurately Identify and report machine or quality concerns to your supervisor or toolmaker Follow all company safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements What We're Looking For Prior experience operating eyelet, metal stamping, or similar production machinery Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to read and understand blueprints and tolerances Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment Ability to recognize quality issues and machine irregularities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
