Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our warehouse team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating and monitoring machinery, loading materials, inspecting products, and maintaining an organized work area. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves following production instructions, meeting daily productivity goals, performing basic machine adjustments, and reporting equipment or quality issues to the supervisor. Previous machine operation or warehouse experience is helpful, but training may be provided to qualified candidates. Responsibilities Operate and monitor warehouse/production machinery. Load materials into machines and remove finished products. Inspect products for defects or quality issues. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance. Keep the machine and work area clean and organized. Safely handle materials and equipment. Record production quantities and report machine problems to supervisors. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
