Job Summary Job Summary:

Responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently during theirshift. Follows work instructions, maintains quality standards, and keeps the work area clean and organized. This position requires compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements and company security procedures. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

•Operate and monitor production machines.

•Load and unload materials into machines. Make basic machine adjustments as needed. Inspect products for quality and defects. Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures. Follow ITAR compliance and security requirements when handling controlled technical data, materials, or products. Maintain confidentiality of ITAR-controlled information. Keep machines and work areas clean and organized. Complete basic production paperwork and records. Report machine problems, quality issues, or security concerns to the supervisor. Meet daily production and quality goals.

Requirements:

Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Available to work Monday thru Friday (1st, 2nd & 3rd shift) Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on either day or night shifts, with weekday availability for training on either first or second shift on weekdays. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift materials as required. Good attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to follow safety and ITAR compliance requirements. Must meet company requirements for access to ITAR-controlled materials and information. Pay:

$17.09 - $17.20 per hour
