Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Monday through Friday Weekend Overtime Required Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor automated filling and support equipment. Perform aseptic filling operations following GMP and company procedures. Complete production paperwork, batch records, and logbook entries accurately. Follow all written procedures and documentation requirements for fill room operations. Collect product samples and perform fill-weight and quality checks. Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, walls, floors, and production areas. Assist with preventative maintenance activities, including equipment inspection and cleaning. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. Work in a cleanroom environment requiring full gowning and personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience operating production equipment or analytical instrumentation in a manufacturing environment. OR 2 years of experience working as a Cleanroom Operator. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Ability to follow detailed SOPs, GMP guidelines, and documentation procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Availability to work required weekend overtime. Preferred Skills Aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing experience. Training in aseptic techniques, gowning procedures, sterilization practices, and PPE requirements. Experience working with sterile chemicals and pharmaceutical filling equipment. Mechanical aptitude and experience assisting with equipment maintenance.
