- Installs, assembles, fabricates, maintains, and repairs mechanical piping systems and equipment for Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC projects, ensuring adherence to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards. Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to determine piping system layouts, dimensions, and materials required.
- Cut, and assemble pipes, valves, and fittings using various tools and techniques (e.g. brazing, soldering).
- Install pipe supports, hangers, piping and mechanical equipment according to project plans.
- Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines to locate and repair leaks or other deficiencies.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and supervisor to ensure efficient project completion.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
- Provide accurate documentation of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
