Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Digital Print Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is an organized team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Cross-training in department tasks is an essential part of team success. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain print production equipment, including digital printers and finishing machines. Run print jobs on various types of paper and media while ensuring optimal output quality. Set up jobs according to job specifications and preferences. Assemble, package, and prepare printed materials for delivery, shipping, or mailing. Assist in proofing, printing, and mailing tasks within scheduled fulfillment assignments. Maintain inventory of supplies including paper, toner, and other materials. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting and moving paper cases (up to 50 lbs). Support incoming deliveries and assist with local deliveries as needed. Follow quality control guidelines and company production standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in a print production or manufacturing environment. Ability to work efficiently with production equipment and troubleshoot issues. Knowledge of envelope inserters/mailing equipment is a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Schedule Week nights 5-12 Weekends when needed
