Job Description

An outstanding and well established company in Clearwater is looking for multiple candidates to operate a multi-spindle screw machine (not CNC). This client has a generous benefit program for its employees and will be willing to train the right type of candidate if they have similar experience and the drive to be successful. The ideal candidate for this position is one that takes pride in their work and wants to work in a comfortable, friendly and low drama environment. This role will train on 1st shift and transition to the 2nd shift.
Skills:
  • Previous experience on a multi-spindle screw or lathe machine
  • Able to read blueprints and produce quality parts
  • Comfortable using calipers and micrometers and other types of gauges
  • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus Job Duties
  • Produce quality parts very consistently
  • Have the ability to understand and make slight repairs to the machine as needed
  • Make tool changes
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Driven to be successful Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.
