Description Digital Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining digital press equipment to produce high-quality printed sheets, boards, or plastics, etc., based on clients' specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot multiple digital presses Accurately interpret, document, and communicate diagnostic feedback from equipment and act upon information to resolve production, maintenance and repair issues Perform color matching of supplied material Read and understand job tickets and complete any necessary job paperwork Effective communication skills with all levels withing the organization as well as outside vendors and customers Clean and maintain work area Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Hours may vary depending on departmental staffing needs. 1 - 3+ years of previous digital operator experience preferred Must be able to differentiate between colors and will be required to complete a color test All equipment operations are controlled via computer interface.
