Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Packager, where your attention to detail and enthusiasm will help ensure our products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, maintaining high-quality packaging processes, and supporting the overall flow of production. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Carefully package products according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely to assemble and prepare items for packaging. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor packaging machinery and troubleshoot issues promptly. Follow all FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain compliance during packaging processes. Use forklifts and warehouse experience to move materials efficiently within the production area. Conduct routine inspections of packaging lines to identify and resolve potential issues quickly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging station, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environments is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are essential for troubleshooting equipment. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus. Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards relevant to packaging in regulated industries. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials regularly throughout shifts. Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.
