This is a hands-on, physical warehouse role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and consistent attendance . This job requires critical thinking and problem solving. You must be organized and flexible. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and stay with the company long-term . Must have strong written and verbal communication in English. Must be comfortable using Apple iPhone/tablets along with PC laptops and web based applications.

Paid Time Off:

1 Week accrued at 1 year (40 hours) then weekly at a rate of 40 hours per year. Balance paid upon leaving job.

Sick days:

3 per year non-accrual. 6 paid holidays per year after your first 90 days.

Responsibilities:

Perform loading and unloading of vehicles using a variety of tools (pallet jack, forklift, material handler, dollies).

Crate / Palletize

ice cream machines from 200 lbs to 900 lbs. Follow Standard Procedures for shipping and receiving. Intake, label and organize received machines. Ensure machines are stored, loaded and unloaded safely. Take shipping and receiving photographs and upload them. Coordinate with leaders and vendors concerning logistics. Work with electric power nail guns, miter saws, metal strapping tools, and hand tools Using wood, build the platform and wheel chocks for each machine with a wide variety of makes and models of machines.

Qualifications:

Punctual, reliable, and dependable (very important). Required fork lift experience. You will be tested on our machine at your interview. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with your hands and performing physical tasks. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move equipment throughout the workday. Physically capable of moving around and cleaning heavy ice cream machines and equipment. Must be able to pass random drug tests.

Average Day:

Arrive by 8:00, select and begin palletizing 1 to 5 machines for the day. Complete palletization by lunch time. After lunch, intake machines that arrive until around 3:30pm. , Organize you area in the last hour, the greater warehouse area and prepare for the next day. Clock out at 4:30pm.
