$72,000 - $83,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, and operate complex extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment according to strict technical specifications. Troubleshoot line defects, resin inconsistencies, and mechanical failures to minimize downtime and reduce scrap. Perform routine preventive maintenance, die changes, and tooling setups to maximize throughput and yield. Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to shift technicians and machine operators. Document production parameters, maintain quality compliance standards, and enforce strict safety protocols.
