Responsibilities:

Assist skilled woodworkers and craftsmen with daily workshop operations and production tasks Prepare, organize, and maintain raw materials, lumber, and woodworking supplies Operate and maintain basic woodworking tools and machinery under supervision Support cutting, sanding, finishing, and assembly of custom wood products Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Load, unload, and move materials and finished products as needed Follow instructions from lead craftsmen and supervisors to meet production deadlines
