This role focuses on specialized medication packaging using the Medicine-On-Time system , supporting patient adherence through accuracy and care. You'll be part of a tight-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment , where hard work is valued and growth is encouraged. Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare and package prescriptions using the Medicine-On-Time system Enter, verify, and manage patient data within the PioneerRx pharmacy software Coordinate medication cycle fills for patients and facilities Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accuracy at your workstation Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Take initiative to improve workflow and assist coworkers as needed Stand for extended periods while completing assigned tasks Answer phone calls and answer questions for physicians, caregivers, and patients What We're Looking For Florida Pharmacy Technician license (required) Prior experience with packaging systems or pharmacy software is a plus—but we'll train fast learners Excellent communication and time management skills High attention to detail and commitment to task completion Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks Team player mentality with a strong work ethic Comfortable standing and working on your feet for several hours Benefits Full benefits : Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO Career training : Learn PioneerRx, Medicine-On-Time, and more Advancement opportunities : Grow into new roles within the business Supportive and energetic team culture
