Job Offered by no Fee Staffing Agency Company Encapsulation Operator Position Summary The Encapsulation Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring encapsulation equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards and production procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate encapsulation machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Set up and adjust equipment for different production runs. Monitor equipment during production and make adjustments as needed. Ensure capsules are produced according to required specifications and quality standards. Accurately weigh and load materials according to batch instructions. Perform routine in-process quality checks. Complete batch records, production paperwork, and equipment logs accurately. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas before, during, and after production. Perform equipment changeovers and assist with routine equipment maintenance. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor. Follow all company safety procedures, GMP requirements, and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Meet established production schedules while maintaining product quality. Work closely with supervisors and other production team members to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Previous experience operating encapsulation or manufacturing equipment preferred. Manufacturing or production experience . Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and batch records. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to occasionally lift and move materials as required. Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety requirements. Work Environment The Encapsulation Operator works in a manufacturing environment where cleanliness, safety, quality, and productivity are essential. The operator is expected to follow all company procedures and maintain a professional and team-oriented work environment. Temp to hire $16.50 hourly. Monday-Friday. Background check and drug screen required. Employer conducts Screenings.
