$18.18/hour + 3rd shift differential + full benefits About the Role Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Join our Press Shop team as a Machine Operator I on 3rd shift and help shape the future of HVAC technology. You'll operate a CNC turret and other metal fabrication machines to produce precision parts for air conditioning units used around the world. This is your opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Operate CNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Perform quality checks and report any issues Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Perform preventive maintenance on machines Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED A minimum of 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty setting Basic computer skillsPreferred:
