Pre-Weigh Associate Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Pre-Weigh Associate for a company in Largo, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as weighing/ measuring and preparing ingredients for manufacturing according to approved batch records and procedures. Pay Rate $ 22 .00 - $24.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6: 00 AM to 2:3 0 PM . Pre-Weigh Associate Duties and Responsibilities Read and follow batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Verify ingredient names, lot numbers, and required quantities before weighing. Accurately weigh ingredients using designated scales and confirm scale readiness before use. Clearly and accurately record weights, lot numbers, dates, and required signatures in batch records at the time work is performed. Label and organize weighed materials to maintain traceability and prevent mix-ups. Follow GMP, hygiene, PPE, and cleaning requirements. Keep the weighing area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized. Immediately report discrepancies, weighing errors, missing information, or equipment problems to the supervisor. Coordinate with production to ensure materials are ready when needed. Pre-Weigh Associate Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate required Ability to read, understand, and follow written manufacturing instructions. Ability to write legibly and complete records accurately. Basic math skills, including decimals and units of measurement. Strong attention to detail and ability to work consistently without skipping steps. Manufacturing, ingredient weighing, or GMP experience preferred. Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively with a team. Job Type Full-time , temporary Benefits
